Pork roast with potatoes and vegetables, wrapped in greaseproof paper
and roasted in a pot in the oven.

Salad with cherry tomatoes, “xilagouro” (Cretan cucumber), spring onion, “pichtogalo”
(Cretan creamy cheese), “kritharokouloura” (“Dakos” - Cretan rusk)
